Azul SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the provision of passenger transportation services. The Company primarily acts as an airline operator under the Azul brand name, providing scheduled flights between numerous cities in Brazil, including Sao Paulo, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Fortaleza and Salvador, among others. Azul is also operating a loyalty program – Azul Fidelidade, a logistics solutions business – Azul Cargo as well as Azul Viagens, a tourism travel business. The Company’s fleet includes over 180 aircrafts. Azul’s service features include advance seat assignment, leather seats, individual entertainment screens with free live television at every seat, extensive legroom with a pitch of 30 inches or more, complimentary beverage and snack service, as well as a free bus service to key airports.
