Westell Technologies, Inc. is a holding company which conducts business through its subsidiary, Westell, Inc. (Westell). The Company is a provider of network infrastructure solutions focused on expanding a reliable communication network. The Company’s segments include In-Building Wireless (IBW), Intelligent Site Management (ISM), and Communications Network Solutions (CNS). The IBW segment solutions enable public safety and cellular coverage in stadiums, arenas, malls, schools, and other buildings and indoor venues not served by the outdoor macro network. The ISM segment solutions provide Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) remote site monitoring and management for wireless service providers, tower operators, and utilities. The CNS segment solutions are outdoor hardened, standards compliant, network infrastructure products used in both indoor central office and outdoor access network applications by telecommunications service providers and their engineering and construction partners.
