Company Profile

H&R Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Company is an owner, operator and developer of residential and industrial properties, engaged in redevelopment and greenfield development. Its segments include Residential Segment, which operates as Lantower Residential, consists of interests in approximately 26 residential properties in the United States comprising 8,929 residential rental units; the Industrial Segment consists of interests in approximately 65 industrial properties throughout Canada and one industrial properties in the United States; Office Segment consists of interests in approximately 10 office properties throughout Canada and three office properties in select markets in the United States; and The Retail Segment consists of interests in 34 properties throughout Canada which are mostly grocery-anchored and single tenant properties as well as two automotive-tenanted retail properties and one multi-tenant retail property in the United States.
