The Company programs are based on a cell-based technology platform, AlloSCOPE, which develops formulation, manufacturing, and delivery capabilities, and serves as the source of its pluripotent cell-based product candidates. Its pipeline includes OpRegen, an allogeneic retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cell replacement therapy for the treatment of geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (dry-AMD); OPC1, an allogeneic oligodendrocyte progenitor cell therapy for the treatment of spinal cord injuries (SCI); ReSonance (ANP1), an allogeneic auditory neuron progenitor cell transplant therapy for the treatment of auditory neuropathy; ILT1, an allogeneic cell transplant research initiative for the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes (T1D).
