Company Profile

BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust. The Trust invests in industrial, suburban office and necessity-based retail properties across Canada. The Trust’s primary objective is to maximize total return to unitholders. The total return includes distributions and long-term appreciation of the trading value of its units. Its objectives are to generate stable monthly cash distributions that are reliable and fiscally beneficial to unitholders; grow the Trust’s assets through internal growth and accretive acquisitions, and optimize the value of its assets through dynamic management of its properties to maximize their long-term value. Its properties are located in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan. It may dispose of certain assets if their size, location and/or profitability no longer meet its investment criteria. It owns and manages 75 properties, representing a total leasable area of around 6.1 million square feet.
