R&R Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The strategy of the REIT is to generate stable and growing cash flows from hotel properties located principally in the United States, enhance the value of its assets and maximize the long-term value of the hotel properties through active management, and expand its asset base and increase its Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) per unit through an accretive acquisition program and improvements to its hotel properties utilizing revenue and yield management strategies, operational improvements and targeted value added capital expenditure programs.
