Company Profile

Comstock Inc. commercializes technologies that extract and converts under-utilized natural resources, such as waste and other forms of woody biomass into renewable fuels, and end-of-life electronics into recovered electrification metals. The Company is also developing and using artificial intelligence technologies for advanced materials development and mineral discovery for sustainable mining. Its segments include Fuels, Metals, Mining, Strategic Investments and Corporate Services. The Fuels segment develops and commercializes technologies that extract and convert wasted and unused lignocellulosic biomass into intermediates for refining into advanced renewable fuels. Mining segment owns, controls, or retains a royalty interest in over twelve square miles of properties of patented mining claims, unpatented mining claims and surface parcels in northern Nevada, including six and a half miles of continuous mineralized strike length. Metals segment operates a solar panel recycling facility.
