MiniLuxe Holding Corp. operates a lifestyle brand and talent empowerment platform servicing the beauty and self-care industry. The Company focuses on delivering nail care and esthetic services and offers a suite of products that are used in the Company’s owned-and-operated studio services. It owns and operates nail and beauty salons and provides consumers with nail, hand, foot care, and waxing services, and sells personal beauty products. The Company principally delivers its services across its own fleet of about 23 owned-and-operated MiniLuxe / Paintbox / Sugarcoat studios (consisting of MiniLuxe Core Studios, Paintbox shop-in-shop co-location, Sugarcoat studio, and training/academy certification center). The channels of distribution for these products are direct-to-consumer (DTC), the Company’s own Website and select third parties, and through wholesale retail partners. The Company’s proprietary line of products is used across MiniLuxe services.
