PRO Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canadian industrial-focused real estate investment trust. The REIT owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties located in mid-sized cities. The REIT segments include three classifications of investment properties: Industrial, Retail, and Office. All of the REIT’s activities are located in one geographical segment – Canada. The REIT’s portfolio is comprised of 118 income producing commercial properties representing approximately 6.7 million square feet of gross leasable area.
