The Santa Barbara Property consists of approximately 110.86 hectares located in the Municipality of San Martin de Loba, in Bolivar Department, Colombia. The Atocha Property consists of approximately 2,585.94 hectares, located in the Municipality of Falan, in Tolima Department, Colombia. The Zapatoca Property consists of 4,000 hectares of land package located approximately 40 kilometres (km) southwest of the departmental capital city, Bucaramanga.
