PharmaCorp Rx Inc. is a Canadian pharmacy, which offers acquisition and operations platform focused on acquiring independently owned community pharmacies under the PharmaChoice Canada banners. The Company also targets pharmacies operating under different banners, with the intention of transitioning them over time into the PharmaChoice Canada platform. It operates four PharmaChoice bannered pharmacies in Canada and maintains an active pipeline of acquisition targets at various stages of evaluation and negotiation. In addition to its right of first refusal (ROFRs) on PharmaChoice Canada bannered stores, it regularly receives unsolicited inquiries from non-bannered pharmacy owners exploring exit or succession solutions. It targets the acquisition of independently owned pharmacies across Canada, with a primary focus on succession or ownership transition and strategic locations.
