Company Profile

Rogers Sugar Inc. is a Canada-based company primarily engaged in the refining, packaging, marketing, and distribution of sugar and maple products. The Company operates through two segments: Sugar and Maple. The Sugar segment covers refined sugar and by-products, while the Maple segment includes maple syrup and maple-derived products. It operates through subsidiaries, Lantic Inc. (Lantic) and The Maple Treat Corporation (TMTC). Lantic runs sugar refineries in Montreal and Vancouver, along with a sugar beet facility in Taber, Alberta. Lantic sells sugar under the Lantic brand in Eastern Canada and the Rogers brand in Western Canada. Its offerings include granulated, icing, cube, yellow and brown sugars, as well as liquid and specialty syrups. IMTC operates bottling plants in Qubec (Granby, Degelis, St-Honore-de-Shenley) and Websterville, Vermont, producing maple syrup and related products for private-label brands in approximately 50 countries.
