Aberdeen International Inc. is a Canada-based resource investment company and merchant bank. The Company is focused on small capitalization companies in the rare metals and renewable energy sectors. Its primary investment objective is to realize earnings by investing in pre-IPO and/or early-stage green energy, agriculture, renewable, natural resource and natural resource-related companies with undeveloped or undervalued resources and assets. The Company’s strategy is to optimize the return on its investments over a 24-to-36-month investment timeframe. The Company invests in both public and private companies. It employs a wide range of investment instruments, including equity, bridge loans, secured loans, unsecured loans, convertible debentures, warrants and options, royalties, net profit interests and other hybrid instruments. The Company’s investment portfolio consists of ten publicly traded investments and twelve privately held investments.
