Adya Inc. is a Canada-based holding company. It is engaged in the telecommunications and technology business. Its telecommunication investment services include full-service long distance, Internet and business services. It offers telecom management services, wireless services, long-distance and Telehop business and wholesale services. Its long-distance services are provided through casual calling access codes, calling cards, monthly subscriptions and home phone voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. The Company offers hosted private branch exchange (PBX) business services that target small businesses and provide customers with business telephone services for a stated monthly fee per line. The Company provides global cellular phone communications services, SIM cards, roaming devices and worldwide Wi-Fi roaming solutions that are sold directly and through distributors for use around the world. Its geographical segments include Canada and the United States.
