It is engaged in five principal business activities in equipment categories: new equipment sales; used equipment sales; used equipment sales; repair and maintenance services, and equipment rentals. The Company operates through two segments: Material Handling and Construction Equipment. It is an exclusive distributor of new equipment and replacement parts on behalf of its Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. It operates in approximately 70 dealership locations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Virginia, and Florida.
