The Company focuses on owning income-producing real estate properties associated primarily with the delivery of outpatient healthcare services in its target sub-markets throughout the United States. The Company owns and acquires healthcare-related real estate properties that are leased to hospitals, doctors, healthcare systems or other healthcare service providers. The Company’s real estate investments are diversified by property type, which includes medical office building (MOB), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF), acute inpatient behavioral (AIB), specialty centers (SC), physician clinics (PC), behavioral specialty facilities (BSF), surgical centers and hospitals (SCH), and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH). The Company has investments in approximately 193 real estate properties, which are located in 34 states, totaling over 4.3 million square feet in the aggregate.
