Company Profile

Crescent Energy Company is an energy company. The Company’s activities are focused on the Eagle Ford, Permian and Uinta Basins, and it owns minerals and royalty interests across United States oil and natural gas basins, with a core focus in the Eagle Ford. It operates in the oil, condensate and dry gas windows of the Eagle Ford. The Eagle Ford covers approximately 530,000 net acres. Its position in the Permian spans both the Midland and Delaware basins. The Permian covers approximately 335,000 net acres. The Uinta Basin covers approximately 140,000 net acres. The Company operates through its single segment, which is its interests related to the exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) from operated and non-operated wells. All of the oil and natural gas properties in which it has working interests and mineral and royalty interests are located within the continental United States, with the majority concentrated in Texas and the Rockies.
