ESCO Technologies Inc. is a provider of engineered products and solutions for industrial and commercial markets worldwide. The Company operates through three segments: Aerospace & Defense, Utility Solutions Group (USG), and RF Shielding and Test (Test). The Aerospace & Defense segment designs and manufactures specialty filtration, fluid control and naval products, including hydraulic filter elements and fluid control devices used in aerospace and defense applications; filter mechanisms used in micro-propulsion devices for satellites, custom designed filters for manned aircraft and submarines and others. The USG segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and delivery of diagnostic testing solutions that enable electric power grid operators to assess high voltage power delivery equipment. The Test segment is engaged in designing and manufacturing products which provide its customers with the ability to identify, measure and contain magnetic, electromagnetic and acoustic energy.
