Company Profile

Premium Brands Holdings Corporation is a Canada-based company, which owns a range of specialty food manufacturing and differentiated food distribution businesses with operations across Canada, the United States and Italy. The Company operates through two segments: Specialty Foods and Premium Food Distribution. The Specialty Foods segment consists of its specialty food manufacturing businesses. The Premium Food Distribution segment consists of its differentiated distribution and wholesale businesses as well as certain seafood processing businesses. It provides services for approximately 22,000 customers. The logo and its family of brands and businesses include Harvest Meats, Hempler’s, Piller’s, Grimm’s Fine Foods, Freybe, Isernio’s, Expresco and SJ Fine Foods, among others. The Company operates in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and in Arizona, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio and Washington.
