PRO Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is an open-ended real estate investment trust focused on owning and operating a portfolio of light industrial properties in Canada. The REIT’s segments include three classifications of investment properties, including Industrial, Retail, and Office. All the REIT’s activities are located in one geographical segment, being Canada. It owns approximately 106 investment properties (including a 50% ownership interest in 40 investment properties), representing approximately 6.4 million square feet of gross leasable area.
