TREVISO Capital Corp. is a Canada-based capital pool company. The principal business of the Company is the identification and evaluation of businesses or assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction and once identified or evaluated, to negotiate an acquisition or participation in a business subject to receipt of shareholder approval. The Company’s primary objective with respect to its capital management is to ensure that it has sufficient cash resources to fund the identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions. The Company has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash.
