The Company owns diacylglycerol (DAG)-based cooking oil and related products marketed under the DAGola brand through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dagola Inc. The Company’s two verticals are DAGola and Projet Verdant. DAGola is a functional nutrition platform pioneering clinically validated smart cooking oils. Its Verdant project is a lipid-to-fuel feedstock platform supplying refinery-compatible intermediates for the aviation and transportation sectors. It develops enzymatically upgraded lipid streams engineered for Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids (HEFA)-compatible Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) pathways. Its platform enables conversion of low-grade waste lipids into high-purity, refinery-ready feedstock, delivering carbon intensity. The Company’s products are sold primarily through online marketplace platforms and direct-to-consumer channels in the United States.
