The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and exploration of mineral resource properties in Mexico and the United States. The Company is focused on three operating mines, including the San Rafael mine at its Cosala Operations in Mexico, the Galena Complex in Idaho, United States of America, and the Relief Canyon Mine in Nevada, United States of America. The Relief Canyon Mine is located in Pershing County, Nevada. The project encompasses an open pit mine and heap leach processing facility. The 60% owned Galena Complex is located in Idaho’s prolific Silver Valley, a district that is focused on producing silver, lead, zinc and copper from operations, such as the Bunker Hill, Sunshine and Lucky Friday mines.
