Zenith Capital Corporation is a Canada-based capital pool company. The principal activity of the Company is the identification and evaluation of assets or a business and, once identified or evaluated, to negotiate an acquisition of, or participation in, a business subject to receipt of shareholders approval, if required, and acceptance by regulatory authorities (the Qualifying Transaction). The Company has not identified a business or asset that warrants acquisition or participation.
