Zephyr Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration-stage mining company. The Company’s operating segments include an exploration and evaluation property in Colorado, United States, an evaluation property in Zimbabwe. Its projects include Dawson-Green Mountain, Chikonga Mine and Nyanga North Shear Zone Gold. It holds a 100% interest in mineral claims in Colorado, United States, collectively the Dawson-Green Mountain property (the Property). The Dawson section is located at the eastern end of the Property and the Green Mountain section is located at the western end of the Project. It holds a 75% interest in the Chikonga Mine Property. The project is approximately 20 kilometers (km) west-northwest of the town of Mutare. The Nyanga North Shear Zone Gold project is located in north-eastern Zimbabwe in the province of Manicaland near the border. The Company’s subsidiaries include Zephyr Gold USA Ltd. and Sutter Mining (Private) Limited.
